again, as i’ve said before, if you wanna make claims like that, back them up with dates, times, details, etc. i won’t stand for people bad mouthing companies without more facts. it’s unfair.

I ordered several thousand dollars worth of furniture from them a few years ago. They stated that I would receive my order in 6-8 weeks — which seemed a little optimistic for Italian furniture, but that’s what they said. 4 MONTHS later I received part of my order. During this whole time, they never once called me to give me an update on when my furniture would arrive and everytime I called them, I got attitude. Their delivery people scratched my hardwood floors and didn’t even bother to set up the legs on the coffee table or take the crates out of my apartment. I would never spend another dime in that place.
