more fun wallcovering and decorating solutions: pop, a three-dimensional, form pressed plywood panel system. available in: light birch, warm cherry, rich walnut and sound absorbing cork, the panels can be purchased through the hightower group- you can find their spec info and contact details right here. not sure i 100% love this, but i think it might have potential for really creative designs if used well. (plus, it reminds me of the eames storage units and their perforated wood fronts, which i have always loved).

bodo sperlein, the amazing, london based design consultancy and manufacturer, has a gorgeous line of “couture” products and lighting that is made on a commission only basis (only lighting is comm. based). clearly this isn’t for everyone, but i think their work (especially with flowers) is so beautiful it might actually be on someone’s “commission” radar. you never know. if i could think of a place to put that flower light where it wouldn’t look too girly i’d do it in a heartbeat. just so gorgeous. more info right here.

did anyone else watch extras last night? ricky gervais is phenomenal. i’ve now found a new way to worship at the altar of gervais: every sunday night at 10:30. extras is amazing.

i’m a sucker for graphic prints. especially colorful ones like this. wish it wasn’t made out of that fuzzy dorm-ish material though. oh well, fun to look. and certainly cheaper than amenity (although not as nice, so you know, not nec the same thing).
