d*s reader cm sent along a link to artist amy jean porter. a graduate of yale and trinity college in dublin, porter created a beautiful (and huge) series of drawings and shows that follow amy’s “all species all the time” theme. the series have titles like “little horses say ‘what’” and “north american mammals speak the truth and often flatter you uneccesarily”. i was really taken with the bright color palette she uses and hope to see her work in person the next time she’s showing around nyc. click here for more information on amy jean porter and to view her full portfolio.
