good shape design

i’m always excited to get news from wayne pate at good shape design. i mentioned his flock print last week (dooce owns the pink one) and now he’s got a new print available along with a collection of dishtowels in new patterns and our beloved flock print. wayne’s new offset tulip print (18×24 inches) is available for $30 and the new dishtowels are available for $20 each. as always, if you’d like to purchase any of wayne’s prints or new dishtowels you can check out his shop right here or send an email (the new pieces aren’t online yet) right here.

I love his prints (I have the flock print in black) but I had such a bad experience getting it (the print arrived pretty damaged because whoever put the receipt in didn’t roll it up tight enough so that they forced it in and tore the edges and buckled and folded horribly in the middle) that I won’t be ordering from them again.

oh i love it. I have his black and white flock print hanging in my kitchen so I must have that flock dishtowel!!! i love the new prints too :)

Any GSD item that arrives to a customer damaged will always be replaced as quick as possible. I pack all the orders myself and I would be fully aware of damaging anything in the process. If this happens
of course I would not ship something damaged. I appreciate the comment and will make a note of it.

i really love the idea of art being fused with our everyday mundane items- like dishtowels. i have an anthropologie towel that i actually don’t use…yet it hangs on our oven handle (there’s another “real” williams and sonoma towel right next to it).
