This totally inspired me to organize our bookshelves by color. The result is simply amazing - I am so pleased. But I am wondering where all of Jennifer's white and black books are? We have so many that they take up a significant portion of our shelves. There is a photo on my blog at www.plumdesigns.com.

It finally occurred to me that a lot of these books appear to be travel guides that have colorful spines.

Because my boyfriend and I were both English majors, we have a ridiculous number of books and so I color coordinated our books similarly when when moved in together. He expressed concern about my mental health after I organized them as such. I just showed this picture to my boyfriend to prove that I'm design conscious rather than obsessive-compulsive. :)

These are absolutely stunning!
