Australian Artist David Bromley

db1
Mostly known for his colourful innocent figures inspired by imagery from Boy’s Own annuals and 1930’s magazines, prolific Australian Artist David Bromley’s work has been likened to that of Andy Warhol and Pop Art culture. His nude paintings also presume this aesthetic yet exude a more mature Bromley. Listed among Australian Art Collector’s 50 most collectable artists and being a finalist 4 times in the Archibald Prize, David Bromley is an Australian Art icon. His work is available in Australia through Jan Murphy Gallery in Brisbane, Scott Livesey Galleries in Melbourne & Tim Olsen Gallery in Sydney.
