lucite trays

TRAY1
i’m sort of a tray freak. i know i shouldn’t be but i try to rationalize it by reminding myself that at least i’ve moved from being a chair nut to a tray freak- trays are far less expensive and don’t take up as much room. this weekend i tried to grab a tray on smith street and the only thing keeping me from adding another one to the collection was the fact that it wouldn’t fit anywhere in the scooter. until i can drag my smith street find home, i’m loving these customizable lucite trays at iomoi. bold patterns, monograms, easy-to-clean lucite- what’s not to like? perfect for bringing snacks into the office or bedroom without making a mess. click here to browse the full collection and shop online (trays are $100 each and measure 8.5″ x 11″ x 2.75″).

I have a thing for trays, too. I only have one for now and I can’t even use it for serving because it’s on my coffee table holding a collection of little designy things. I guess I need another :)

weee! i’m loving trays these days too, maybe YOU inspired me. i found a danish bentwood tray, with original sticker on the bottom, for $4 at a rummage sale last weekend. my roomate may or may not be getting sick of me bringing home new trays every couple of weeks… BUT, i loved your dish-draining tray idea, and am still on the lookout for the perfect tray-rack combo.

hi,

have you seen the trays from french bull? http://frenchbull.com/ – they’re great and the colors are beautiful.
