a little color on a dreary day

09n29l.jpg
sorry for the light posting today- aside from the chaise guide. i’m trying to deal with the job mess so i’ll be back full-force tomorrow. so i thought i’d round up some of my favorite colorful products on the web (and one cute white one) to help brighten up what is literally a pretty dreary day here in brooklyn. speaking of color, apartment therapy kindly invited me to be a guest judge for their fall colors contest. you can click here for more info on the competition- looks like a fun one this year.

[above, clockwise from top left: bright orange cashmere covered water bottle $150, hot pink sweet bella photo album $64, gold and yellow endora bracelet $298, nouveau printed lampshade $28, deer bottle stopper $12, baby blue highboy $2699, multi-colored bahia lamp $448]

That bracelet is so pretty! Reminds me of a charm bracelet from Patch NYC.

love this site…there is nothing like color in the home to brighten up a dull day. This is one of my favorite sources of inspiration.

I think any home magazine, blog, or generally any place that needs a great eye for style will swoop you up in a second, given the chance.
Although I am pretty sad about the loss of H&G. . .it’s really my favorite magazine out of the many out there!

Good luck Grace! I hope the hunt doesn’t last long – I’m certain it won’t – you’re far too brilliant!
