i have a thing for stamps. every year around christmas i collect dozens of them from local craft stores or my favorite online sellers and gear up to design my own homemade wrapping paper. it’s usually of the kraft-paper variety but i think it’s much better than buying those $18 wrapping paper rolls (i save those for special, more permanent projects). meg posted these great tomoko kataoka stamps the other day and i instantly imagined the packages for ac and my dad filled with little stamps depicting mathematical symbols. it doesn’t look like these are available for regular retail sale but you can contact the artist right here if you’re interested in purchasing any of these. they’re part of an exhibition so i’d expect selling prices to be well above your typical $5 stamp.
