just a little something light and floaty to start the day- every day i write my posts from the living room couch and look up at these seriously disgusting lights. i think i’d rather stare up at these, they feel so airy and breezy. you can pick up all three styles for $225 each right here.

if it makes your living room better, i used to have the paper garland light up in my kitchen… i just used a few hooks around the fixture that was there and hung the paper from those… it looked wonderful, till my cats decided to climb on top of the cabinets to eat it… similar affect, but much more affordable.

At least you get to look up at those beautiful tin ceilings!

Oooh…smells like a DIY project - all you need is a bit of fabric hardener and, well, fabric :)

It is so funny that you chose to write about those today because I swear I was actually going to do the same thing on my blog (http://kec-contentedme.blogspot.com)! When I look at the trio of “doily” lights, I see dresses… in the shapes of the three fairies from Snow White. I can tell it’s Friday - I need a break!

it reminds me of Habitat’s “Circles” pendant light in metal.
but these ones are kind of romantic & vintage like. nice!

these lights are lovely, but your ceiling is AMAZING! and my friends have a light fixture like that; they bought one of those rice paddy hats (with the curved top, not the pointed kind) and put it over top, flush against the ceiling.

i’m not sure what your decor is like, but it looks awesome in their house, and i’m sure there are a ton of fun, very nearly flat type objects you could put over the lights: i smell a project!
