alarm clock roundup

Where is the clock in the first grouping, third from the left on the top from (it has a white face surrounded by wood)? I don’t think there’s a link for it.

Thanks!

Is there a link for the alarm clock on the top right in the first set? The one next to the wood LED clock. Or did I just miss it some how?

hey Grace, I was wondering if you knew of any clocks where the numbers flip back.

my “harp” alarm setting on the iphone is definitely preferable to my husband’s choice of “marimba” also :)

I’ve always admired the simplicity of the wood LED clock, but I am allergic to alarms…hence, I’m afraid “Clocky” (designed by an MIT media lab student, if I recall…originally with fur!) would not last too long in my house!

These are so cute! The new Pottery Barn one (not on your list) is my favorite:

It’s so bright and cheerful!

Have you seen the BOB by Brookstone. I have one in white. It’s shaped like an egg. It is so cute.

what a bunch of awesome clocks! i do have to warn you guys though, not all of these clocks are alarm clocks. the wooden “glow-through” led is not (at least the one i ordered a few months ago from the wireless catalogue) and the nara clock isn’t either….

sarah-maria

both of those clocks were identified as alarm clocks at unicahome.com and in several shops i found online.

i’m sorry if the identification online was wrong- i figured they wouldn’t add call them alarm clocks if they weren’t- sorry about that :(

You read my mind. I’ve been looking for a chic replacement for my vintage analog clock. I love the buzz it makes but there’s no snooze alarm.

I have the Ticka clock in the second picture and I love how it looks, but I did not think about the fact that it doesn’t have a light. Not a problem if you have a spouse with a digital clock you can squint to see!

i bought the kikkerland wood led light for my sister — sadly, it’s not an alarm clock.

Seriously cute clocks but avoid ordering from Unicahome, their shipping time on many items is unbelievable

Has anyone bought the Dutch by Design clock? I think it’s adorable but wondered if anyone had feedback. I also can’t tell if it’s am as well as fm–anyone know? THanks!

I just went to buy the Dutch by Design one (based on an old recommendation from ReadyMade) and found that it is battery-operated. Who, in this day and age, can afford to have the batteries run out on them and oversleep for work? Not I, and for that I am so sad.

Hi! Love your suggestions for alarm clocks. I’ve actually been looking for a plug-in because similar to the last reader’s comment I worry about the battery life.

Also, check out the “puzzle alarm clock” at www.bimbambanana.com - add a little fun and mental challenge to your mornings..haha
