I came to your site through Helen’s. I love her work. Your site is great!

Now this is ironic. Lisa mentions Ann Hamilton as one of her favorite artists and I had Ann Hamilton as an instructor in art school at UCSB. Helen mentions her upcoming project with Walter Foster which is a place I used to work! Small world.

I first ran into Helen’s work just a couple of months ago and she is so talented and unique. Her style is fresh and lively and represents a nice new direction in contemporary illustration.
She has true skill, which is lacking in many of todays illustrators.
And she’s Canadian – YAY!

Helen Dardik is the most amazing illustrator, pattern designer I have found so far on the blogging and print and pattern scene. Her use of colour is amazing and inspired. Thanks for giving us some insider pics.
