i’m a big fan of piet houtenbos‘ work (he was the lead designer behind modernlink’s gorgeous bamboo furniture) so it was no surprise that i’m now a huge fan of his independent designs- starting with this intricately beveled mirror called “diamond mirror”. unlike most mirrors, the diamond mirror is made with laboratory quality glass and coated with a thin layer of silver to produce an ‘optical white’ effect, rather than the greenish tint that most mirrors have. if you’re interested in checking out piet’s latest design just click here.
