i just whacked off my hair (goodbye long, boring hair) and now i’m missing the length and getting to do fun things with it on top of my head. so this beautiful drawing ($20) from maria at nosideup at etsy is calling my name. i love the way she draws the texture of hair- so lovely. click here for more information and to shop.

The NY Times gave us a gorgeous *before* photo. How about an after??

I love the drawing, too.

I’m having the same recent-haircut feelings. I’m not sad about losing the scruff around the ends but I do miss the options it gave me.

I did the same a year ago and had it dyed blonde so it would look like Sienna Miller in that Wharhol movie. It was great but now I am bored and growing it out again, and dying it back brown!

Grace had to change her hair, get huge sunglasses and go incognito to avoid the hoard of fans asking for autographs, so I don’t think we will see an after picture. (-;

That is good. Hmmm I must try some pencil drawings soon. Thanks for sharing your etsy finds
