Head honcho, Chris Pollen recalls the early days of Silverlake when many people scoffed at his idea of opening a fancy cheese shop in the neighborhood. Open 6 years now, Chris has obviously had the last laugh as his shop has become the go-to place for fine foods. We especially love the panini sandwiches that are grilled to order. The 3 salami muffaletta is to die for!
When asked what he like most about Silverlake, Chris says that he likes the way the city is always changing and evolving… ” Silverlake is just getting started.”
