I love the combination of pear and goat cheese anyway, and the idea of tarts made from those two things sounds perfect. Can;t wait til pear season

These are so great and so easy, Sarah shared these with me last holiday season and they were a hit at every party I took them too. Especially an early winter wine tasting party.
