Vintage Christmas Ephemera

Inspired by the colors, patterns, type and surface treatment of vintage Christmas ephemera. Here are some samples from my stack – the printed matches are one of my favorites.

It has been a pleasure working on the projects and sharing things this week, thank you Grace.

I hope you have an inspired holiday!
Best,
Denise

Great collection! I would never have known about the printed matches if you hadn’t mentioned them. I had to look twice!
Just yesterday I received a big pile of old family photos and this really reinforces my nostalgia!

This is an awesome collection! I have been hoarding 1960s Xmas seals for about 9 years. I have finally started to use them for decorating jewelry gift boxes this Xmas.

The first Santa and the ornaments are my faves!

The man shaking hands with the kitty is an absolut GEM! Very inspring to an aging illustrator.
Thank you so much’

Are there rights to these images? (pleasesaynopleasesayno)
I’m drooling over the idea of making some Spoonflower fabric with these cards, but wanted to check with you first.
