its all gorgeous…except for the bookcases high on the walls. They are heavy looking and inaccessible. Otherwise that is a great looking room. I love the dark desk and lamp shades vs. the popping yellow.
it’s really beautiful, i love that color scheme. i too was thinking the shelf seems a bit awkward. it’s a great idea to provide more storage atop the floor piece, but aesthetically would be more pleasing if it were just sitting atop it rather than floating on the wall. and maybe the lamp could go on the desk. a punch of color is necessary over there. that chair and foot stool are gorgeous.
