i wanted to start with some eye candy i found on some of my favorite sites. first up is this seriously insane (but cool) video where artist phil hansen recreates the mona lisa from arby’s burger grease. you know those gross see-through stains that you get on fast-food wrappers? well he used it to create something incredible. although i cringe about the idea of what it smells like in that studio. shudder. i also wanted to share two beautiful pieces from klas ernflo (above) and hollis brown thornton (below) i caught on kate’s site. when she’s not creating fun diy projects for d*s, kate is running a seriously inspirational blog.
It’s actually a branded media piece for Arby’s. The burgers were from another famous burger joint. He only used 11 double hamburgers to make that.
