i’ve been waiting for this home tour all week- today katie runnels brings her final guest blog posts to us, including a peek into the home of liz demos. liz owns a fantastic store in savannah called @home (which just launched a website!) and was incredibly kind to let ac and me borrow some vintage pieces from the shop for our wedding (can’t wait to share them here). today katie takes us inside her home…click here to check it out.
Liz, what a great place! I remember the scale of the homes in downtown Savannah is a fond memory of the city. The high ceilings, moulding, and the fireplaces.
I am still thinking of your metal nail holder turning display thingie in your store. :)
I think an entire blog post should be dedicated to that one item!

Where did you find that great metal map chest? I have been looking for something similar…
I am going to try to answer all the questions in one comment so here goes:
Genevieve, I scored that geographical map on ebay, can you believe it!
Susan (studio Brinson), I will have to keep an eye on you when you come in the shop…that metal nail spinner is mine! xoxo
Heidi, the drapes are from Ikea (5 years back) but I did find an unopened set on ebay recently so we could have upholstered valances made.
Lauren, metal map chest is from my friend’s store The Paris Market.
