I think you could put little hooks inside the top rim of the tube to hold the tiny umbrellas. Would be cool with wallpaper or mirrored chromo artboard. Great project!

This would be great to hold those long rolls of Christmas wrapping paper. Cover 2 in matching paper as a top and bottom. The wrapping paper would be the support to keep them together.

What a clever idea–you could use smaller tubes for the small umbrellas we all use now–three will fit easily into one. I am talking about cardboard tubes that linoleum is placed on–they throw them away.
