I totally agree with Chihiro, keep the green above all. For the sake of it I’d pick the former facade. I’m greatly disappointed that such a green killing project has come from the very talented Jessica Helgerson. About the bench, no offense, I hated the whole thing, looks cheap.

Gorgeous bench! Why don’t I live next to nuns from the kindergarten who throw away great stuff? :)

And bravo to jessica and yianni for an amazing transformation on the front of their house. Wow! So much personality. Love it!

just curious, what happened to the use of “Feel” script for “before” and “after” ?
The facade looks great… not sure about taking that tree out, and the climber, but it looks nice and clean. i love that bay window too with the windows opening outwards… that’s different!

LOVE the bench!
The facade- looks great! But…what is laminated glass? What keeps the water from draining all over the porch? How does something like that stay clean? I think I would have gone with something translucent that might look cleaner longer.
