ubico studio

ubico studio is a tel aviv-based design studio (founded by designer ori ben-zvi) that focuses on recycling materials by turning them into new, unexpected furniture designs. i’m nuts about ori’s drawer shelves (i want one soo badly) but there are also incredible standing cabinets and a wooden bench (made from recycled door jamb boards) to check out. click here to view the full ubico studio collection.

These are amazingly clever; esp. since the best idea I’ve come up with is leaving one on the floor and using it for a toolbox ~ try picking that up.
